Agrotechnologies

Scientifically well-founded approach, application of new technologies and use is necessary for intensive development of agriculture resource-saving cars.
Offered projects distinguish aspiration to manufacture of non-polluting organic production and decrease in its cost price at the expense of use energy-efficient technologies.

Modular compact-aggregate of new generation for the production of vitamin-grass flour, briquettes, granules and protein concentrate from vegetable raw materials and field husbandry wastes

To present days vitamin-grass flour was produced using plants of the analog machine model which as known, were expensive, metal consuming aggregates with the high power-consuming of the process. It predetermined the complete failure of the model.
The radical improvement of performance characteristics of the production of flour from vegetable raw materials and field husbandry wastes is possible only through a new technical approach based on a new technical base. This base is developed by us unique energy-efficient hardware for the fragmentation, crushing, dispersion, spraying, separation and iltration, which serve as the basis for the creation of highly effective высокоэффективного compact modular unit for the production of flour, briquettes, granules and protein concentrate from initial vegetable raw materials with the productivity of 1,0 ton per hour with predictable power intensity - not more than 65 kilowatt-hour per ton. Major advantages of the suggested solutions are the simplicity and high effectivity of the developed hardware for the processing of viscous materials. It allows to bring about the new resource-economy technology for the processing of vegetable raw materials.

New equipment for the production of cheap and high-quality feeds

The present suggestion contains specific solutions for the increase of the effectivenes of the process of production of feeds of high quality, low primecost, high specific capacity and wide range of vegetable raw materials and waste usage. Its main point is in the developing of the system of modular plants for the processing of all kinds of initial raw materials into cereals, flour or paste, the making of technological briquettes for warehousing and transportation, and also the following blending of components and the production of granules with given qualities. The simplicity and effectiveness of such technology is based on developed by us new highly efficient hardware for the production of powders, pastes and suspensions from different initial raw materials.

Construction project for the Sugar Plant

In Siberia sugar is delivered from the West. Attempts to establish its production in Siberia failed because there are no raw materials for the traditional sugar production in Siberia. For example, beet needs160 sunny days to ripen, while there are only 90 sunny days in our clomate conditions. Besides, in the Westthere can be noticed a sharp reduction of the sugar production.

The suggested new method for the sugar production from grain can solve many problems of the Siberian region.

Processing line for the mayonnaise production

The processing line for the mayonnaise production consists of a reservoir with a blending machine which serves for the components proportioning and preliminary product mixing. Thereafter the raw material is delivered in a powder dispenser where it is mixed and decontaminated finally. Major advantages of the line with the powder dipenser are the decontamination and the more profound blending of components whcih does not allow product flooding.

Establishment of the line for the production of fibre from a flax stock

Russia has the biggest sown areas of flax in the world, however the leading world supplier of the flax fibre is France. That is why nowadays the increase of the high-quality flax fibre production is of fundamental importance. But the present processing equipment is power and metal consuming, and has a low productivity. The output of long high-grade fibre is less than 35%, and more than 45% from the whole quantity of initial fibre is processed into the technical and inferior material (oakum), with total power inputs of 2000 kilowatt-hour per ton and manhour of 54,8 man-hour to get the firbre from 1 ton of straw.

The system of machinery, sets, plants and technology for the deep processing of grain-crops and legume into high-quality product

Nowadays for the processing of agricultural raw materials hammer centrifugal mills of different kinds, cutting and rolling mechanisms are applied. They are characterised by high power inputs and limited range of physico-mechanical qualities of the  material under processing.  Searches of ways to heighten the effectiveness of the processing are carried on in the field of the traditional techniques.

Vortical grain normalizer NZV-10

After-harvesting processing of grain-crops is the most important working operation, which predetermine the effectiveness of the harvesting process, quantity and quality of the grain in general. The main reason for the high after-harvesting loss of the grain is it humidity, natural including, organic and dust admixtures, and beaten grains that lead to a quick heating of the grain mass and its “burning” while storage. The drying of the grain in the present drying machines is energy-consuming and expensive process.

The production and sale of machines and technologies for the speed harvesting of grain-crops

The examination of the combine harvester work showed that up to 70% of its energy is spent on the deformation of straw and its communication, that is a great energy loss. The existent thechnology of combine harvesting also brings to the loss of 40% raised grai crop. Combine harvesters are expensive, insecure, have a low productivity and can work only during dry weather.

Flour milling plant MK - 500

The peculiarity of the complex working is that all working operations are carried on in a vortic al stream of two-phase medium (air-grain) in the centrifugal force field. That secure the steady temperature during the process of milling.

The milling principle - rotary-rolling, three-stage, (fragmentation, milling, full reduction) with a series classification of milling products.

During the processing of standart food wheat the plant permits to produce up to 10 ton of high-grade sorted flour and up to 2 ton of foor scalpings, using practically nonwaste technology.

The plan is easy to serve and can be operated by one technician provided systems for grain supply, packing and warehousing of the end product.
